Used for annealing shielding gas, sintering shielding gas, nitriding treatment, furnace cleaning and purging gas, etc. It is widely used in metal heat treatment, powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, copper processing, metal wire mesh, galvanized wire, semiconductor, powder reduction and other fields. Some of these industries require nitrogen with a purity greater than 99.5%, while others require high-quality nitrogen with a purity greater than 99.9995% and a dew point below -65°C.
2. Chemical and new materials industries
Mainly used for chemical raw material gas, pipeline purge, atmosphere replacement, protective atmosphere, product transportation, etc. Mainly used in chemical, spandex, rubber, plastics, tires, polyurethane, biotechnology, intermediates and other industries. Many chemical industries do not require high nitrogen purity, and many of them can be used with a purity greater than 98%.
3. Food and pharmaceutical industries
Mainly used in food packaging, food preservation, medicine packaging, medicine replacement gas, medicine conveying atmosphere. Generally, the produced nitrogen gas must be treated with sterilization, dust removal, and water removal to meet the special requirements of the industry. The food industry does not have high requirements for nitrogen, many of which can meet the requirements with a purity of 98% or more. The pharmaceutical industry usually requires nitrogen with a purity of 99.9%. When the amount of nitrogen used in the food industry is small, membrane separation is often used to produce nitrogen, and when the amount of nitrogen is large, pressure swing adsorption is often used to produce nitrogen.
4. Electronics industry
Used for packaging, sintering, annealing, reduction, storage, etc. of electronic products. Mainly used in wave soldering, reflow soldering, crystal, piezoelectric, electronic ceramics, electronic copper tape, batteries, electronic alloy materials and other industries. The electronics industry generally has relatively high requirements for nitrogen, usually 99.9% or 99.99%, and more than 99.99% nitrogen.
5. Other fields of use
In addition to the above industries, nitrogen generators are also widely used in many fields such as coal, petroleum, and oil transportation. With the advancement of science and technology and the development of society, the use of nitrogen has become more and more extensive. On-site nitrogen production (nitrogen generator) has gradually replaced liquid nitrogen evaporation and bottled nitrogen due to its advantages of low investment, low use cost, and convenient use.
